The Burlison Coat in Boucle
All our bouclés come from Linton Tweeds in Carlisle - original makers of Chanel's tweeds.
The Burlison is an A-Line coat specifically cut to fit those with more shapely figures.
Following the same outline shape as the Bell coat, the Burlison has more room at the bust area, tucks at the bust, side seams and a central back seam. These additional seams give us latitude to tailor the coats to the more shapely wearers' measurements – ensuring that the better endowed or more shapely figures don't need to leap up in size to accommodate their hips or bosoms.
The Burlison works well on all frames and is particularly well-suited to those with fuller busts.

Linings
We have suggested a lining and trim to match each fabric. You are free to chose others from our house selection. If you would like to plump for an alternative, please note this at checkout, specifying which you would prefer.
Shipment
If we are making to a standard size with bespoke adjustments, we aim to ship within 14 days. If you need yours more urgently, drop us an email and we will do our best!
For fully bespoke coats we can best advise on timing when discussing your ideas with you.
