From time to time we sell off our house stock and samples – either because we have ceased using the fabric, or because we have modified the style.
We ship our samples out with a ribbon threaded through the right arm, looped through the collar and joined at the front with a wax seal.
Please try on your house stock coat and make sure you are happy with it before breaking the seal, cutting or trying to remove the ribbon. Once the ribbon is cut or the seal is broken, we cannot accept the coat's return.
Any coat that is returned must have its ribbon and seal intact, be unworn and unwashed, and have all protective materials in place.

returning house samples
Any house stock coat you return must be shipped back to us within 14 days in its original box and packaging using the same Royal Mail insured service that we used to send it to you. We would also appreciate it if you would use the tissue paper to fold the coat back up in before sending it back.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the ribbon or seal is broken, if the coat shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way. In this instance, you can of course choose to have the coat sent back to you at your own expense.
If you wish to return or exchange a coat, please notify us by email at info@ednerat.com and return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will refund you as soon as we have received and inspected your returned coat or, at the very latest, within 14 days.
