10 – The Long Frink in Navy Bubble Brocade
The Long Frink coat in a dark navy self-patterned brocade from Stephen Walters in a size 10.
Fabric
This magnificent silk-mix brocade was specially woven for EdNerat by Stephen Walters, master weavers in Suffolk. With a subtle sheen and a fine finish, the fabric has a wonderful soft-silken touch but holds its shape wonderfully thanks to the quilt patterning, and is practically creaseless.
The Long Frink is designed for elegance and ease. Retaining the sculpted, architectural shape of the Frink – which is fantastically versatile, flattering and easy to wear – we have added to its length and lengthened its arms. We have kept a deep internal hem on the cuff so that you can fold your sleeves back nicely.
Designed to be worn on the shin, it is superbly comfortable. It has generous raglan sleeves, works for all frames and is particularly accommodating for larger sizes.
The Long Frink gathers loosely under the bust with gentle tucks at both front and back. Hidden pockets nestle at the side seams.
Body Shape
Hugely wearable by all shapes and sizes, the Long Frink is both fun and easy to wear.
Closures
Closures can be added to the coat. We would suggest either our silver, gunmetal or our black leather hooks. In all cases we would attach these discretely on the inside of the coat. We strongly recommend that you sew on the closures yourself so that you can fix them exactly where you would like them. Alternatively you could always return the coat to us for us to do attach them.
Shipment

Linings
We suggest to line the coat in Hazel silk and to trim it in Dark Navy satin bias – but you are free to choose from our house selection.
