Fabric
A magnificent and eye-catching patterning that will combine well with navy, black, grey and more. A truly wonderful fine Yorkshire tweed.
The patterning has hues of blues and greys - with a dominant note of blue.
The coat has a box pleats at the shoulders, bell cuff sleeves and a Nehru collar.
This is a mid-weight fabric with a wonderful handle and a good natural hold that will neatly maintain the A-Line body shape, a collar and the bell sleeves without exaggeration.
The Style
The Brett style has a gentle A-line body shape with a magnificent swing. Hugely wearable, the style is particularly flattering on the fuller-busted and those with curvier figures. (For straighter shapes, we recommend the Delany coat which we offer in the same fabric).
The Brett has two slanted pockets to the front, generously wide longer length sleeves and is designed to fall to mid-low calf length.
The Brett is designed to be worn open. The two front panels should meet, but not overlap.
Lining
The coat is lined in Pewter Silk with a Dark Navy Trim.
