Our Garnett Coat style made up in Silk Matka. Finely executed simplicity made up in the best of materials, this is an incredibly wearable and superbly comfortable coat that can be dressed up for the smartest occasion or worn easily every day.

Fabric

Silk Matka is a linen-like silk that is light, cool and elegant. The weave is linen-like, but Matka creases far less than linen. The coat can be ordered in all our silk matka colours.

Style

A trapeze-shaped coat, the Garnett is s incredibly wearable and superbly comfortable. It is designed to fall somewhere around the mid thigh, according to taste. It has generous sleeves, neatly tailored shoulders, pockets hidden quietly in the side seams and a generous swing.

The style is designed to be worn easily and open.

The Garnett has bracelet-length sleeves and a simple round collar.

Outer: 100% Silk

Lining: 100% Silk

Body Shape 

Flattering for all shapes and sizes, the Garnett can be lengthened or shortened, it can be taken in at the shoulder and let out at the bust. Sleeve lengths can be adapted according to taste.

Lining

Lined in pure silk. We line our Matkas in light coloured silks. You can either email us specifying your choice, or we will be in touch with our suggested recommendation.

Shipment
