This is a magnificent woven brocade – a fabric that is at once both subtle and stunning.
This fabric comes from Stephen Walters, master weavers in Suffolk; it holds its shape wonderfully and is practically creaseless.
A mid-weight fabric, this is perfect for wearing inside, as well as in autumn and on cooler summer days.
The Style
The Ganz is elegant, comfortable and incredibly easy to wear and pair. A trapeze-shaped coat with a very generous swing and an integrated collar, it is designed to fall somewhere around the mid thigh, according to taste. It has generously wide sleeves, rolled shoulders, pockets hidden quietly in the side seams.
The coat has bracelet length sleeves and is designed to be worn easily and open, although it can be closed at the bust area with one of our closures.
