Fabric
This is our Pea Green colourway – a delightful lime or pea green colour.
Silk Matka is a wonderful linen-like pure silk fabric, extremely well-suited to summer and eveningwear. It scarcely creases, wears like a feather and is hugely versatile, dressing up smartly for weddings as well as it dresses down for the day-to-day.
Style
The coat has a box pleat at the shoulders, gathered bell cuffs, a gentle A-line shape and a magnificent swing.
The Delany has two slanted pockets to the front, generous bracelet-length sleeves and is designed to fall to mid-low calf length.
The Delany is designed to be worn open. The two front panels should meet, but not overlap.
Made in a delicious and sophisticated pea green matka, this coat wears lightly.
Body Shape
Hugely wearable, the Delany is particularly flattering on the more modestly chested.
Lining
The coat is lined Cameo silk and trimmed inside with a Khaki satin edging.
