Teal Wool Crepe A-Line Coat

A wonderful and hugely wearable A-Line coat made in mid-weight teal wool bouclé crepe that is both hard-wearing and elegant.

Non-creasing, thanks to a small amount of nylon in the composition, this fabric is hugely versatile and has a magnificent drape.

The Style

Our A-Line coats are fantastically flattering and easy to wear.

They are designed to fall to the calf, have roomy bracelet length sleeves, subtle box pleats at the shoulders and a generous swing. Two small seams accentuate a flattering waisted shape at the back and jetted pockets sit at a subtly slanted angle at the front.

The design can be worn open or closed. When closed, the two front panels of the coat should be able to meet without either straining at the rear or overlapping at the front; they can be held together to 'close' the coat with any of our closures.

Hugely wearable, this style is flattering and easy to wear.

For the smaller-busted Column, Apple and Pear shapes we recommend The Bell cut. For those with curvier figures, we recommend the Burlison cut. Please select your chosen cut from the menu.

Sleeves

Collar
 
This coat does not have a collar. Should you wish to have a collar, please drop us an email at the same time as your order, specifying whether you would like a Mandarin or a Nehru collar. This is a bespoke option, but does not incur any extra charge.

Lining

In Bright Teal, the coat is lined in Hazel Silk and trimmed in a Dark Brown Satin Trim.
