The Garnett Coat in Teal Silk Mix Brocade
 
The Garnett is one of the easiest of our coats. Finely executed simplicity made up in the best of materials, it is incredibly wearable and superbly comfortable. 
 
A trapeze-shaped coat, the Garnett is designed to fall somewhere around the mid thigh, according to taste. It has generous sleeves, neatly tailored shoulders, pockets hidden quietly in the side seams and a generous swing.

The style is designed to be worn easily and open.
 
The Garnett has bracelet-length sleeves and a simple round collar as standard. Using the menu, you can select full-length sleeves and or a mandarin collar, should you prefer these.
 
Available here in a magnificent silk-mix brocade specially woven for EdNerat by Stephen Walters, master weavers in Suffolk. This wonderful coat is lined in a lichen silk and trimmed with a jet-black coloured satin border picking up the outer pattern.
 
With a subtle sheen and a fine finish, this fabric has a wonderful soft-silken touch but holds its shape wonderfully and is practically creaseless. The coat is available to order in our full size range. Although it is hugely tempting to work with it forever, we will produce a maximum of eight coats in this fabric.
 
Body Type
 
Flattering for all shapes and sizes, the Garnett can be lengthened or shortened. Sleeve lengths can be adapted according to taste.
